This fine little ditty in the New York Times seems to be all about how America should spend less of its energies on creating viable, national-scale programs designed at their core to incentivize green energy (cap-and-trade, taxes, etc.) and more of its energies on providing billions of dollars in subsidies to carbon capture research and other, even-more wild-eyed schemes.
